The company started operating in 1974, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John. At its infancy the company’s production was powered by Mrs. John, with her skill of producing lingerie of good quality and Mr. John’s administrative knowledge allowed this miniature business to fulfill a significant part of the demand in lingerie around the neighborhood. Due to the continuous satisfaction of consumers and the hard work of Mr. and Mrs. John the company was able to extend its production capabilities by increasing its workforce and machinery.
In 2006 the company was able to open its main production complex in Kappuwatta, Ja-Ela which was a milestone in the history of the company. At present the company has 124 employees and 73 number of machines operating; the company is currently a dominant brand in the local lingerie market and is striving to continue the company’s excellence and success.
