Terms and Conditions

Once the order is placed the customer will receive an email with order details which will include the order confirmation number.

For Cash on Delivery, Customers will be contacted by a Bobby Industries (Private) Limited representative to reconfirm the order and if unable to contact the Customer on given number the order will be considered as CANCELLED.

The delivery period will be a maximum of 4 – 5 working days from the completion of the purchase and will include a delivery fee unless and otherwise specifically mentioned as FREE DELIVERY for selected items. The delivery of orders will be made at the address indicated by the customer,

Since all products are Lingerie, a strict NO RETURN or EXCHANGE policy is followed by Bobby Industries (Private) Limited for all items that are delivered to a client

But in case of an unacceptable delivery delay or dispute with the ordered item prior to item delivery to the client, a payment REFUND of the item cost would be made with mutual consent of both parties upon raising the concern with Bobby Industries (Private) Limited via ecommerce@bobby.lk within 3 days of the order or within stipulated delivery timelines.   

At the time of payment, you will be directed to the respective payment gateway which is secured. We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard & Cash on Delivery. Bobby Industries (Private) Limited will not hold nor process any of the card details and hence will not be responsible for same
In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring,

  1. Check the Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e.: account details, billing address, etc.
  2. Your Internet connection should not have disrupted the process.
  3. Verify with the bank whether your card has sufficient funds to make the necessary payments.
